Do I need to schedule an appointment? Yes, in order to better serve you, we ask that you call ahead and schedule an appointment.
Who should I bring with when I'm shopping for my bridal gown? Anyone who you believe will give you an honest opinion. We do not recommend bringing in children as they can become tired and bored easily, making wedding gown shopping harder.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing is always best when dress shopping. We recommend as few layers as possible ex. a dress, so you can get in and out of the dresses with minimal assistance, tights so you feel a bit more modest while trying on towns, and a strapless bra. Keep in mind, a representative will always be present to help you try on the dresses.
How long should I plan to stay? Appointments usually last 1 hour. Anything over that amount of time tends to cause confusion, and it's easy to forget which gowns looked the best on you.
Can I take pictures? Absolutely! We don't mind you snapping pictures in our gowns. In fact we encourage it! When dress shopping people tend to visit several stores, and we want you to remember how stunning you looked in our gowns!
Do I need to pay for alterations? Yes, in order to keep our prices low, we have been forced to charge for our alterations. Alterations for Bridal can range anywhere from $20 for taking in a strap to $150 for taking in on the sides and hem. Please know the following prices are a rough estimate. Alteration prices vary depending on the type of fabric, the number of layers, and the appliques or beading that have to be moved or removed. In addition to altering the dress to fit you perfectly, we also do special additions and modifications. For example, we may add straps to a strapless dress, add extra beading or lace to a gown, add a bustle to a gown train, etc.
